I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was perfect - just a short walk from the train station, making it very convenient. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that I had everything I needed. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and clean, with a nice view of the city from the top floor. it was an exceptional experience.

Great location, easy access to public transport and nearby restaurants. The hotel room was clean, tidy and had many amenities such as fruit tea, lotion and remover. The staff looked serious at first glance, but were very helpful when approached for assistance. The view of the city from the room was amazing.

The room size was small and did not have adequate space to hang clothes or store a large suitcase. The Wi-Fi signal in the room was weak and barely usable. Breakfast was average, but there were many nearby restaurants to choose from.

The hotel offered breakfast included in the price, which is always a plus. the location was also convenient because there were some restaurants around and it only took a short walk to get to public transportation. the bed was comfortable and the room was kept clean.

The room was extremely small, barely enough space to move around and it felt claustrophobic. Luckily we didn't carry much baggage.

This city has beautiful attractions, and staying within walking distance of Hakodate JR station and tram station was definitely a plus. The hotel facilities were clean, and the breakfast buffet offered fresh and delicious choices. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
